What is My Pages Business?

My Pages Business is a digital log-in service where you can manage your company's insurance and claims matters. The My Pages Business service will gradually replace the current log-in service eFolder. If your company has become an If customer since November 2021 or have received an e-mail asking you to log in to My Pages Business, it is likely that you already have access. If you are used to using eFolder, please continue to use eFolder for now. You will receive an email from us when it is your company's turn to switch to My Pages Business.

Should I use My Pages Business or eFolder?

If your company has become an If customer after November 2021 or you have received an e-mail asking you to log in to My Pages Business, you should use My Pages Business to handle your company's insurance matters.

My Pages Business will gradually replace the eFolder. If you are a If business insurance customer and have used eFolder, you may continue to use eFolder for now. When it's your company's turn to switch to My Pages Business, you will receive information per email with instructions on how to start using My Pages Business.

How do I log in to My Pages for the first time?

You will receive an invitation to the My Pages by email. When you log in to the site for the first time, you will need a one-time link in the invitation. You log in to your own pages securely with your personal bank ID or mobile certificate.

How do I log in to the My Page after the first time?

When you have logged in to the My Pages for the first time, you can log in to the My Pages via the if.fi pages in the future, for example from the Login menu at the top of the page.

What kind of user permissions do I need?

You can assign different user permissions on the My Pages Business according to users' individual needs. Check what each level of access allows.

In what languages does the My Pages Business serve?

You can use the My Pages Business in Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish and English. You can conveniently select a language from the language menu at the top of the page.

How do I report a claim in My Pages Business?

You can report a claim by filling out a claims form on the My Pages Business. You can find the correct claim form in the information on each insurance, under the Insurance tab. On our claims page you can find more information on how we can help you in a business claims situation.

How to download an insurance certificate?

You can download the insurance validity certificate from the My Pages. You can find it on the Documents tab.

You can also download the insurance validity certificate from the eFolder. You can find the certificate in the insurance list.

How do I make changes to my company’s insurances?

You can report insurance changes on the insurance tab. Just select the insurance for which you want to make changes.

Information to new My Pages Business users

Did you receive an email from us about switching eFolder for My Pages? My Pages Business is replacing eFolder and will make it easier for you to handle your insurance matters digitally.

The change will not require anything from you. You will be able to log in with your bank ID immediately after receiving an email about the change.

My Pages Business includes:

Ability to grant access to, for example, an accountant or colleague.
Overview of insurance invoices.
Contact information.
Chat and message functionality.
