Access levels for My Pages

We offer various access levels to My Pages Business depending on whether you are an administrator or a user. An administrator can always add, edit or delete information of other users. For an administrator, it is possible to select what content they see in My Pages Business from different options.

Every company must have at least one administrator. The first administrator is set up by us. Other administrator or users are then added by this first administrator.

Insurance information You can see the following information: details of policies, exposures and covers quotes insurance documents (terms, conditions, policy letters, etc.) invoices Actions Further, you can perform the following actions: download certificates request changes to policies report claims on insurances update employee name list and insured persons All of the above applies to Person insurances. In case If Spot on individual rating is used for the Workers' Compensation insurance, users can access the own cost report from the Invoices tab. Workers' Compensation claims You can access the following claims information for Workers' Compensation claims: handling status claim number claim object claim date related insurance claim-related documents claim-related messages Please note that if the company has Worker’s Compensation insurance with If, at least one user should have this access. other person claims are not visible on My Pages Business. Workers' Compensation You can access Workers' Compensation statistics. Personal information (name, date of birth, gender) can be added to claims statistics if the user has 'Workers' compensation claims' access. In case If Spot on individual rating is used for the Workers’ Compensation insurance, the user can select a claims listing to be included in the own cost report.	Not included	Included
