Ifs Nordic .NET trainee-program
Our aim with the program is to give you the best possible start of your career and for us in If to get inspired by you and your ideas!
We are looking for talented students that would like to start their career in a cross-country trainee program, together focusing on learning and developing in a Microsoft environment under the support of senior colleagues.
We have since 2019 had a Nordic .NET trainee program running where the trainees connect, share knowledge and grow together. Working in a truly Nordic and Baltic setting, with Digital-first and Customer-oriented towards the already existing organization – we think this is a great start of your career.
In the end of the program, you will move over to a full-time position within a designated team. The program runs for 6 months, the first 3 months focusing on training, moving over to more practical work, and on-the-job training the last 3 months.
You will be working with some of the most loved libraries, frameworks, and tools according to Stack overflow survey of Feb 2020: .Net, .Net Core, React, Angular, Azure, and developing Web applications using Visual Studio.
You will have your own Buddy and a dedicated Mentor to help you develop to the fullest in the program. The courses will be held by full-time dedicated teachers. During the program, we provide you the opportunity to grow to a full stack developer and support expertise based on your ambitions.
