Number of Employees: We are around 1000 people working with Tech at If, where the majority work within IT organization but many also outside in business organization.
Locations: Stockholm, Oslo, Riga, Turku, Espoo, Copenhagen, Gothenburg, Tallinn, Vilnius

The If way of working manifesto

We believe in autonomy and trust each of us to judge how to best perform our tasks. We support freedom in choosing where to work under the pre-conditions that are set for our roles in If in order to meet business needs.

We believe in face-to-face interaction to truly connect to each other and to get inspired to develop ourselves and If. We see personal meetings between colleagues as important components in our work-life.
